St. Valentine Martyred for marrying soldiers forbidden to marry, performing the miracle of sight on his jailers’ blind daughter and writing her a letter before his execution, signed “From your Valentine”. We here at The Paragon give thanks for all of your martyr logical stories of feasts, the coming of spring and undying letters of love.

First base:

Prosciutto wrapped asparagus w/ hollandaise
Fig & Gorgonzola bruschetta

Second base:

Pan fried oysters with bacon vinaigrette dressed frisee & mustard seed aioli.

Third base:

Brie stuffed roasted chicken w/ garlic mashers & green beans
Pomegranate glazed pork spare ribs with parmesan grits and asparagus
8oz. bone in rib steak with gnocchi aglio e olio and sautéed greens.
